Showed up early and pulled into the quick lane. I was met by a friendly fellow who checked me in confirmed my requested services and took the car away for the work. Not once did he say anything about an appointment or that I can't just show up without notice or any complaint. Just a thank you and we will let you know when we finish. And he did just that. Great service and great experience. Thanks First Team Honda!!

Outstanding service. The service team (Matt) was in contact with me every step of the way. They were persistent about finding the cause of the issue my Honda was having. After the repair was completed they retested to be sure the issue was corrected.

On August 29, 2026 we came to First Team Honda to see D.A.Young to purchase a car. Having already purchased two vehicles from D.A. we knew he would take care of us and he did just that! Buying a vehicle is a long process no matter where you go. First Team Honda and D.A. provide a stress free buying experience, working to meet our needs and budget. I highly recommend First Team Honda Service Department. I have owned three Hondas purchased from First Team and have all my work done there. It’s the best auto service department I’ve ever used and I will continue to buy future autos from First Team Honda because of the wonderful service team!

This was my first time since I purchased my TrailBlazer in May. Easily scheduled my appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked in, and waited until everything was complete. I appreciate the video text showing the oil drainage and the undercarriage of my car. Everything looks good and was informed that I need to replace my rear windshield wiper.
